    ISO 42001

    and Where to Start

A free 90-minute webinar for risk, compliance, and technology professionals across Asia

  • Asia-ISAC AI and Cyber Webinar Series | 8 July 2026 | 1:30 - 3:00 PM SGT | via Zoom | Open to practitioners across Asia | In partnership with RIMAS and Globe

    WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

ISO 42001 is no longer optional. Are you ready?

Regulators across Asia are no longer signaling intent. They are acting. South Korea's AI Basic Act is in force. Vietnam's AI Law took effect in March 2026. Singapore's MAS and Hong Kong's HKMA have set clear AI governance expectations for financial institutions. Japan's FSA updated its AI risk guidelines this year.

For organizations deploying AI in financial services, healthcare, energy, and telecom, the question is no longer whether you need an AI governance framework. It is whether you can afford to build one without a structured starting point.

ISO 42001 is that starting point.

    75%+

of organizations have not fully implemented an AI governance program, despite 86% being aware that AI regulations are coming

(Knostic AI, The 20 Biggest AI Governance Statistics and Trends of 2025)

    Only 14%

of organizations that use AI in operations have an enterprise-level AI governance framework in place

    (2025 AI Governance Benchmark Report)

    7 clauses. 38 controls.

The full scope of ISO 42001 — Clauses 4 through 10, plus 38 Annex A controls — that this webinar walks through in plain language

    (ISO/IEC 42001:2023)
