    Mapping AI Adoption Across Industries in Asia

    Asia-ISAC is launching a structured research campaign to document real-world AI use cases, understand adoption challenges, and build a shared, data-driven foundation for practical AI roadmaps across 47 Asian countries. This is only the start. The roadmaps will be an ongoing community effort, led by our AI Innovation and Cyber working groups in collaboration with strategic partners globally.

  • Why This Matters

    AI adoption across Asia is accelerating without a shared map.

    Organizations are deploying AI without cross-industry visibility into what is working, what is failing, and what peers are doing. Security, ethics, and governance risks are being overlooked in early pilots. Policymakers and industry bodies lack a shared evidence base to guide strategy. And without benchmarks, most organizations have no reliable way to assess where they stand relative to others in their sector or market.

    This research initiative exists to change that.

    What We Are Doing

    A structured anonymous survey across 8 to 10 industries and 20 or more Asian markets, focused on AI adoption challenges, pilot experiences, use cases, deployment stage, risk posture, and governance maturity. Curated digital forums will reach additional industry stakeholders.

    Findings will be published as an AI Readiness Industry Report with sector-specific adoption case studies, launched in collaboration with industry associations, ISACs, non-profit research groups, and academic institutions across the region.
